3d standing character cake tutorial (Pdf.)

Learn how to create a small structured character cake, using readily available structural materials. In this full 15 page Pdf. tutorial you will find step-by step instructions with detailed pictures, great tips and necessary templates!

Outcomes:
-Create a stable structure to support a car cake

-Model edible wheels using fondant
-Carve a cake into the shape of a car
-Ganache a car shaped cake, acheiving clean and sharp edges
- Cover a car shaped cake in fondant smoothly with clean edges
- Create details such as windows, trims and headlights
- Use an airbrush to add colour and shade
- Create a glossy finish

Previous experience working with fondant
