    Pricing: $14.95 flat rate, under 5kg

  • Express Shipping (over 5kg):
    Pricing: Calculated via Weight & Location
    Provider: Australia Post
    Zone: Australia wide

Australia Post does not accept orders over 5kg to PO boxes.

  • International Shipping:
    Pricing: Calculated via Weight & Location
    Provider: Australia Post
    Zone: Worldwide
    ICBA are not responsible for import fees/taxes.

Delivery & Processing

Dispatch:

  • Completed orders are processed & shipped within 24 hours.

  • Whilst we can ensure that we will ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee delivery days, dates or times. Once your order is dispatched, we have no control of external issues that may arise.

  • ICBA will not be held liable for any late deliveries but will always do our best to help where possible. Please order your items well before they are needed to avoid any issues that may arise.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier for shipping information.

  • Damages:
    Despite our efforts to pack thoroughly, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit. ICBA are not able to control transit conditions and handling of our parcels. If you feel that your parcel has been mishandled, please send a photo of the damage to inspiredcakesbyamy@gmail.com

Digital Product Sales

Instant Download - Downloading Digital Items:

  • Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. 

  • Due to the nature of digital files we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

  • Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes.

  • A download now button will display for immediate download of your digital files.

  • You will also receive email notification and a download link will be included.

  • Please, check your spam or junk inbox if you can't seem to find our download notification email. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
